Fifteen years of massage therapy taught me that tension in the body almost always has a story behind it. That realization led me to energy work and now the two are inseparable in how I practice.

I translate the complex stuff: emotional imprints, nervous system patterns, energy blocks into something simple, practical, and personal to you. My own healing shaped the way I hold space: grounded, honest, and safe.
